How to reach us
There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you type. Email is the only channel, and it goes to a mailbox read by people working for the publisher.
Email: info@mildnature.online
If your message concerns personal information — a request for access to it, a correction, or a complaint about how it was handled — put the words Privacy request in the subject line. Those messages are answered within 30 days, and the process is described in the Privacy Policy.
The publisher
- Company: Freedom line s.r.o.
- Registered address: Budilova 161/15, Jižní Předměstí, 301 00 Plzeň 3, Czech Republic
- Company registration number: 29160839
- Email: info@mildnature.online
Post sent to the registered address reaches us, though email is considerably faster.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If something in the course is wrong, out of date or unclear, tell us which page and which paragraph and we will look at it in the next review, or sooner if it matters.
- Questions about how the site is funded, which are answered on the Affiliate Disclosure page and will be answered again by email if the page does not cover your question.
- Accessibility problems. If a page does not work with the tools you use to read it, we want to know.
- Privacy requests, as described above.
What we cannot help with
We are not the vendor of any game and we have no access to anybody's game account. Account recovery, billing, refunds, technical faults and in-game reports all belong to the company that runs the game, through its own support channels. We cannot intervene, look anything up or pass a message on.
We also do not give advice on a particular purchase. The course is built so that you can answer that question yourself, and a one-line answer by email from people who do not know your household would be worth less than the five steps.
For matters that belong to an Australian body rather than to us: online safety and serious online abuse go to the eSafety Commissioner, scams to Scamwatch, consumer-law matters to the ACCC, and privacy complaints about an organisation to the OAIC.
What happens to your email
Your message, your address and anything you attach are kept so that we can reply and keep the thread readable, and are deleted 24 months after the last message in the conversation unless they are needed for a legal claim. They are not added to any list, because there is no list, and they are not used for marketing of any kind. The detail is in the Privacy Policy.
