1. Who publishes this site

2. What the course is, and is not
Mild Nature publishes a five-step informational course about online horse-riding games, written for general readers in Australia. It is general information only. It is not professional advice, not financial advice, not legal advice and not security advice, and it is not tailored to your household, your device or your circumstances.
It is not accredited training. Nobody is admitted, assessed or certified, and nothing you do here is recorded anywhere. Working through all five checklists produces a decision you made, and nothing else.
3. Accuracy and changes to products
The course is written with care and reviewed at least twice a year, with the review date shown in the footer of every page. Even so, the details of any product change constantly: prices, payment models, device requirements, features, classifications and terms of service are all set by their vendors and can change without notice to us.
Before acting on anything in the course, check the vendor's own current pages. Where this site says that we do not state something about a product, that is deliberate: it means we hold no source for it and you should take the vendor's statement rather than an assumption.
4. Links to other sites
The course links to vendors, to the affiliate destination described on our Affiliate Disclosure page, and to Australian government bodies. Those sites are not under our control. We do not take responsibility for their content, their availability or their handling of your information, and a link is not a representation that we have verified everything on the other side of it.
5. Using the material
The text, the checklists and the drawings on this site belong to Freedom line s.r.o. You are welcome to read the pages, print the checklists and use them inside your own household, including printing copies for members of a family or a classroom. Republishing the material elsewhere, or presenting it as someone else's, is not permitted without written permission. Brand names mentioned in the course belong to their owners.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those guarantees apply regardless of anything written here.
To the extent that the law permits a limitation, Freedom line s.r.o. is not liable for loss arising from a decision you make after reading this site, from a product supplied by somebody else, or from any site reached through a link. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the information on this site, which costs nothing and can be done by reloading the page.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where Freedom line s.r.o. is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction over disputes about them.
That choice does not displace any consumer protection you have under Australian law. If you read this site as a consumer in Australia, the mandatory protections of Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), continue to apply, and these terms are to be read so as to preserve them.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised. When they are, the effective date at the top of this page changes on the day the new version is published. The version in force is the one on this page when you read it.
